Payment via “Privat Bank Card”
We have a good and comfort payment way, if you have not a cash money you can pay the required amount to our privat bank account via privat24 application, or by using your master/visa card through our POS.
The most important for each client is the warranty for product and service, which shall be in accordance with required quality and cost.
We strongly comply with this rule, and provide real warranty period for products and services. Guarantee period differs depending on implemented work or status of spare part, new / old. E.t.c
We always prove to our clients our professionalism and loyalty, in case of incompatibility of a spare part, or during guarantee period it fails to work properly; then with pleasure we are ready to replace or solve the trouble for charge-free, or money back in case of unavailability in our stock.
Issuance of technical conclusion
One of our services, is to provide an official technical conclusion regarding the device’s repairing status/result, which defines reasons of damage, required spare parts/repairing details, and the status of the devices before and after repair, period of guarantee and cost of repair.
